The concept of nanotechnology is considered modern and offers revolutionary technological opportunities for a wide range of civil and defence applications. The concept of conventional war fare has been changed by the applications of nanomaterials by redefining aerodynamics, mobility, sensing, power generation and management, smart structures and material, robustness and resilience.
